Refund Policy

At KSVL Services, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, as our services are based on third-party government processes and procedures, the following terms apply to refunds:

  1. Non-refundable Services:
    Once a service request has been initiated, including but not limited to document submission, government processing, or appointment scheduling, no refund is applicable. This is due to the nature of the services we provide, which involve third-party authorities and processes that are outside our control.

  2. Government Processes:
    For services related to government applications (such as Aadhaar updates, driving license, passport, etc.), the approval or rejection of the application is entirely at the discretion of the government or relevant authorities. As we do not control the outcome of these processes, no refunds will be issued in case of rejection or delays.

  3. Cancellation Requests:
    If a cancellation request is made before the service has been initiated, a partial refund may be considered depending on the stage of the process. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel a service.

  4. Exceptional Circumstances:
    In the rare event of an error on our part, such as incorrect submission of documents or failure to meet deadlines due to our internal process, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis and consider an appropriate solution.

  5. Service Fees:
    Any government fees or charges paid directly to third parties (such as the RTO, Passport Office, or Aadhaar Authorities) are non-refundable.
